We had a nice view of the ocean, even though it was across the street from the beach, and they delivered a breakfast basket each morning at 8:00 am. The ladder is steep, but we had no problem with it. Outside our door was an attached metal ladder that took us to a private small rooftop deck with two lounge chairs and a small table. (Coffee Maker (Not Keurig), large refrigerator, microwave, stove and plenty of storage and a small supply of plates and utensils etc & pots and pans.) It had a large living area, two TVs, Nice updated bedroom with a King Size Bed and a large bathroom (Very large shower, no tub).
Our room was extremely nice with a full modern kitchen that had everything we needed. We were on the second floor of the cottage. We had the King cottage/with partial ocean view which was across the street from the main building and had a private entrance. My wife and I stayed at the Blue - Inn on the Beach a couple days ago.
